Natasa Stirn is a seasoned GMP Cleanroom Consultant with over 15 years of experience in Life Science testing and certification. She is a co-founder and Business Strategy Director at Klimer Stirn & Co. d.n.o. Slovenia, where she has been instrumental in organizing the work of 15 employees and managing the company’s operations, personnel, and financial strategy. Nataša provides comprehensive testing solutions for cleanrooms of all classes according to various standards including ISO 14644, FS209e, and GMP. She oversees the complete validation of cleanrooms and ensures quality assurance at all levels.
Nataša represents Slovenia and the Slovenian Institute for Standardization (SIST) as the Head of Delegation and a Subject Matter Expert on ISO/TC209. In this role, she actively participates in several ISO working groups related to cleanroom technology: CEN/TC 243/WG 5 on Biocontamination control, ISO/TC 209/WG 2 on Biocontamination control, ISO/TC 209/WG 5 on Operations, ISO/TC 209/WG 7 on Separative devices (clean air hoods, gloveboxes, isolators, and mini-environments), and ISO/TC 209/WG 15 on Airborne particle sampling techniques.
Before her current role, Nataša served as the Director of the Craft-Entrepreneurial Education Center at The Chamber of Craft and Small Business of Slovenia from 2008 to 2011. She managed the educational center, planned and reported to the Management Board, and increased the center’s revenue. Nataša participated in various EU and national projects, establishing new international guidelines for Mastercraftsman exams and providing expert advice to the Ministry of the Economy.
From 2003 to 2008, Nataša was a Specialist Consultant for public authorizations at The Chamber of Craft and Small Business of Slovenia. She managed the service for master’s exams, organized and administered exams throughout Slovenia, and provided legal opinions on the adequacy of qualifications for trade activities of EU citizens. Nataša also co-authored exam catalogs for various master’s exams and cooperated in the preparation of legal and bylaws.
Nataša holds a Master of Science in Government and European Studies from New University / Faculty of Government and European Studies (2003-2006) and a Bachelor of Arts in the Organization of Public Authorizations from the University of Ljubljana (1997-2001). She has completed training for mediators with the Association of Mediators of Slovenia and holds several certificates of pedagogical and professional cooperation from the Institute of the Republic of Slovenia for Vocational Education and Training (CPI) and the Ministry of Education. Nataša also passed the professional exam in administrative procedure at the Administration Academy in 2004.
